TACLOBAN CITY — The Roman Catholic Diocese of Borongan called on communities to take concrete action against environmental destruction and protect vulnerable populations, saying the lessons of Super Typhoon Yolanda (international name: Haiyan) should result in greater responsibility toward the environment. In a pastoral message issued on Sunday, coinciding with the 13th anniversary of Yolanda’s
