MANILA, Philippines — Alternergy Holdings Corp. has activated its P6.7-billion wind farm in Quezon province, adding clean electricity to the Luzon grid. On Tuesday, the company announced that the 64-megawatt (MW) Alabat wind facility is among the first wind projects to receive energization under the government’s second green energy auction program (GEAP).
