MANILA, Philippines — The influential Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) has formally asked the Senate to restore the P1.756-billion budget for the EDSA Busway, which received zero funding in the proposed 2027 national budget. In an Oct. 15 letter to Sen. Mark Villar, who chairs the Senate Committee on Public Works, the business group argued
