MANILA, Philippines — Quezon City has recorded 5,589 dengue cases as of Sept. 24, with recent weekly cases remaining above the city’s alert threshold, the Quezon City Health Department said. The total was 35.01 percent lower than the number of cases recorded during the same period last year. The city also reported 24 dengue-related deaths,
