COTABATO CITY  — Six armed men linked to the outlawed Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) were killed Saturday in a law enforcement operation in Barangay Balong in the Special Geographic Area  (SGA) of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). The Philippine National Police, backed by the Armed Forces of the Philippines, launched an
