MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Transportation (DOTr) will deploy 20 buses with discounted fares starting Wednesday, Nov. 4, to help accommodate excess LRT-2 passengers, Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon said. He announced it as he inspected the LRT-2 Antipolo station and noted the train line’s lack of carriages. The LRT-2 has 13 stations, running from
