MANILA, Philippines — The government plans to raise the mandatory bioethanol blend in gasoline to 15 percent (E15) to help curb high fuel prices and boost domestic production, an energy official said. According to Department of Energy (DOE) undersecretary Alessandro Sales, the National Biofuels Board (NBB) has begun studying the possibility of increasing the blend to
