MANILA, Philippines — The southwest monsoon, locally known as habagat, will continue to bring rain over parts of Luzon on Saturday, said the state weather bureau. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) in its latest forecast, habagat will continue to pour over Oriental and Occidental Mindoro, as well as Palawan.
