MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has temporarily suspended its electronic support system (LESS) after a data breach, as the agency works to determine what information may have been compromised. In a statement Saturday, the LTFRB said the breach affected the data environment of LESS, its digital platform and internal
