MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Sunday said it revoked the authority to operate and the renewal of application of two transport network companies (TNCs) over failure to meet certain requirements.  According to the LTFRB, the Leggo Information Technology and Aztech Solutions International Corp. were not able to abide
