MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday led a walkthrough of the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City as preparations continued for the 49th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Summit and Related Summits, scheduled for Nov. 16 to 18. The Philippines is hosting the two summits this year, with Marcos serving
