MANILA, Philippines — The National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) is seeking the withdrawal of two government circulars aimed at accelerating power project integration, saying these violate its exclusive mandate over the country’s transmission network. In a position paper, the local market’s sole grid operator expressed its “vehement opposition” to the circulars released by the
