MANILA, Phililippines — Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has started construction of a 29-story office tower in Quezon City that will add 51,400 square meters (sq m) of gross leasable area (GLA) to its Bridgetowne estate by 2028. The project, called Bridgetowne One, will expand the estate’s office footprint to approximately 347,000 sq m, the company said.
